- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define the product vision.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain a clear and actionable backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer demands.
- Break down product requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for effective development and testing.
- Regularly communicate project status, progress, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to drive project execution.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces that optimize customer experience and engagement.
- Facilitate the integration of new brands into our website within the Pella Family of products
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline) or related experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Product Owner or similar role in a web development environment, preferably within the ecommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A customercentric mindset with a deep understanding of user experience principles.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with web technologies, frontend development processes, and industry best practices.
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving environment.

Role Overview:
As a Product Owner, you will be a key member of our dynamic and collaborative team, responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our web-based product offerings.
Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, prioritizing feature development, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:The position will require 5% travel.
