Kardex Software GmbH develops software solutions for the management of storage systems, control of storage machines, and integrated logistics applications. We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist (m/f/d) 3rd Level at our location in Rülzheim (near Karlsruhe).

Your tasks

You are the contact person for our globally active software consultants and service technicians for all questions regarding our software products in the field of automated storage solutions
You support the installation, integration, and commissioning in close cooperation with colleagues who are on-site or remote at the customer's location
You handle inquiries about our globally distributed Warehouse Control System, analyze problem cases, solve them independently, or pass them on to software development
In your work, you collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development, and Product Management

Your profile

You bring your knowledge through training or studies, ideally in a technical field
Important for the job are good knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle), networks, and Windows operating systems (optional Linux)
