    As an hourly supervisor, you will play a key role in collaborating with the management team at your store. Your responsibilities as the manager on duty will include supervising staff to deliver exceptional service and cultivating a friendly environment for our patrons. This position involves a mix of supervisory shifts and regular hourly duties such as serving, support, answering phones, driving, cooking, etc. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as hourly supervisors often work 1-2 closing shifts per week, with additional supervisor shifts available to cover managerial absences, events, and meetings.

    This Supervisor role is a dynamic and engaging position within the management team, offering fantastic opportunities for skill development and progression towards a manager in training (RM or KM) role with Pizza Lucé.

    SCHEDULE: Full Time, Monday-Sunday availability, Closing Availability

    WHAT WE SEEK:

    • Evidenced positivity and leadership capabilities.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in organization and communication.
    • A passion for maintaining food quality and delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Established positive relationships with Staff, Customers, and Management.
    • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience including familiarity with restaurant operations.
    • Preferred minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience (including experience in other companies or industries).
