Team Leader Corporate Applications (m/f/d) for our location in Heilbronn, Green Oaks, IL

YOUR TASKS YOUR PROFILE 
You will take over the management of our IT team Corporate Applications, which currently consists of six employees, four of whom are direct reports 

Your team is responsible for HR-IT, CRM and SRM, Business Intelligence, and Microsoft SharePoint 

Together with the departments, you will define and implement the IT strategy for these areas. You will work closely with departments such as Human Resources, Controlling, Purchasing, and Sales 

You will be the contact person and coach for your team regarding technical, professional, and organizational issues. You will act as a bridge between technology and business requirements for the departments 

You will ensure the operational management of the systems used, monitor compliance with SLAs, and manage licenses 

You will develop your team both professionally and methodically 

Successfully completed studies in Computer Science/Business Informatics or a comparable qualification 

At least 5 years of professional experience in similar positions 

Project management experience and proven expertise in using agile development methods (Scrum) 

Solid technical knowledge, ideally in several of the following systems: P&I Loga, Board, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Data Warehouse (MS-SQL) 

Experience in working with the mentioned departments 

Independent, pragmatic, and analytical working
