We specialize in direct search for skilled and specialist positions, as well as executive search for management and leadership positions for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing a designated target market and placing skilled and managerial professionals
  • Systematically expanding and maintaining the client base through acquiring new clients and providing ongoing support to key clients
  • Creating and analyzing job profiles in consultation with the relevant departments or HR representatives of our clients
  • Identifying potential skilled and managerial professionals
  • Initiating contact with potential candidates (via phone or social media)
  • Conducting phone and inperson preselection interviews and presenting suitable candidate profiles to clients
  • Preparing candidates and accompanying them to job interviews
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and candidates
  • Independently managing the entire recruiting process

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree (university or college)
  • Three to five years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills and an openminded and empathetic personality
  • Independent and meticulous work style
  • Strong analytical problemsolving skills
  • High level of selfplanning and project management skills
  • Strong focus on performance and achieving goals, with perseverance
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Good written and spoken English skills
