RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Integrate new activities and changed processes into the company's process landscape, ensuring they harmonize with existing processes.
  • Establish internal and external interfaces.
  • Serve as the point of contact for project managers, team leaders, and project stakeholders for changes to the process landscape from projects.
  • Ensure active development and improvement of processes.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Good knowledge of project and service management, FCAPS, and ITIL.
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling conventions.
  • Technical knowledge of telecommunications networks is advantageous.
  • Independent, structured, and solutionoriented work style, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
