    Job Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving results across various online channels.

    This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and drive growth.

    Responsibilities
    Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

    Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice.

    Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and achieve business objectives.

    Monitor and optimize website content and structure to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).

    Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and engagement strategies.

    Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

    Track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels and social media platforms, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.


    Budget Management:

    Manage digital marketing and social media budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs within budgetary constraints.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

    Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
