- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience in an agency or corporate environments, designing and influencing across multiple devices and platforms.

Primary Function
As a Creative Director in ECS (Enterprise Creative Solutions) you will work in a team environment to create visual experiences that delight clients while achieving business goals. You will be responsible for inspiring the creative team and working closely with them to deliver strategic, effective creative executions for print and digital channels with a primary focus on digital marketing. You respect brand positioning and know when to push the limits to improve the customer experience or capitalize on results. You'll be collaborating with writers, developers, technologists, integrators, art buyers and account leads, as well as other creative leads, art directors and Group Creative Directors. Your goal will be to deliver solid solutions for products and services across various lines of business.
