Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Consumer Relations Representative to join our GT's Living Foods team.
As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will be the direct point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding our company's reputation for excellent service.
Typical responsibilities of this role include:
General Responsibilities Include
Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or resolution of issues related to our products and services, including but not limited to: general questions, product education, product inquiries, product feedback, and quality issues.
Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, services, consumer promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate and reliable information to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.Cultivate an environment of genuine and professional consumer connections by being highly focused on delivering exceptional consumer experiences that are engaging, efficient and personalized, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Maintain a courteous and composed demeanor while interacting with customers, even in challenging situations.Use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Generate verbal and written responses to customer inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proactively anticipate customer's needs and provide solutions, directing consumers to the appropriate resolution channel and collaborating with internal teams to escalate when needed.
Manage coordination and fulfillment of product replacements.Accurately and efficiently document customer information and interactions, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Assist in the development of systems and reports to document, summarize, analyze, and communicate consumer feedback, comments, and trends to internal stakeholders.

Experience working in a customer service capacity with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities.
Customer service mindset with an ability to anticipate customer needs and respond appropriately with high levels of empathy, patience and professionalism.
Good listening skills and a desire to turn consumers into brand loyalists and brand loyalists into brand advocates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Detail-oriented mindset with accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to perform all duties in an accurate, timely and professional manner within the guidelines of company procedures and policies, while maintaining a flexible approach at resolving consumer requests
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data entry tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make empowered decisions that positively affect the customer's experience.
Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
Experience with customer service automation platforms, such as Zendesk (set-up and day to day management) is preferred.
