- Update financial planners on client status and ensure timely plan adjustments.
- Offer comprehensive consultations on products/services to clients, assisting them in decision-making.
- Expand current relationships through cross-sales based on solutions.
- Participate in software training for client service management applications.
- Adhere to financial regulations, company policies, and procedures to prioritize client satisfaction.
- 5+ years experience in financial planning, financial services, insurance, or banking.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, particularly Advisor Engine, Naviplan, and Morningstar.
- Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence and leadership abilities to motivate individuals into action.
- Effective communication and relationship-building with internal and external professionals.
- Team player with initiative and strong work ethic.
