    Description

    Job Title: Partner Relationship Manager, Lead

    Lead a portfolio of high profile technology corporate partners. Integrate partner offerings into the firm's business development pipeline and collaborate with business sectors to identify joint opportunities. Develop and implement partnership strategies, encompassing co-development, marketing, training, and strategic engagements. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to align go-to-market plans with partner portfolios. Guide your team, providing career direction and coaching on relationship management and government consulting to foster team growth. Engage with the broader office of the CTO to drive new business ventures and strategic initiatives within the company.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in business development and delivery, with ties to market-aligned organizations
    • Experience in consulting within Government Services or Information Technology industry
    • Understanding of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development
    • Ability to simplify complex content needs into clear, engaging narratives that establish logical and strategic connections, yielding measurable outcomes
    • Must be able to obtain a security clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience in Innovation, Research, and Development planning
    • Background in start-up culture
    • Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and Agile Development
    • Skill in multitasking within defined timelines and scope
    • Ability to operate cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization
