    Financial Advisor Relationship Manager

    who will deliver high-level customer service to clients to the firm.


    The Financial Advisor Relationship Manager will join an established wealth management and institutional advisory team in providing independent advice and customized service to clients.

    A competitive salary is offered for this role as well as expanding responsibilities with a rapidly growing firm. The position is located in The Woodlands, TX.

    Responsibilities:

    Job Responsibilities:
    Proactively manage, coordinate, gather, and execute projects, requests, reports, due diligence, action items, etc. related to client service, client meetings, and client reviews. Deliver exceptional results to clients and provide comprehensive briefings to senior advisors for delivery.

    Responsible for collecting information for financial planning projects and entering information into WealthView/E-Money financial planning software; advise senior advisor on the planning results/outputPrepare for client meetings (solo or with senior advisors) by leveraging centralized resources and expertise to deliver exceptional investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, and other valuable information to clients.

    Attend client meetings as requested by senior advisorsCollaborate with CAPTRUSTs research and trading teams to implement changes, adjustments, rebalancing, recommendations, transitions, etc.

    Serve as a liaison for the team with other CAPTRUST departments and maintaining rapport with such to ensure high levels of communication, professionalism, and working team environment

    Qualifications:
    Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experienceExceptional proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products, enabling efficient and effective work processesFour-year college degree, demonstrating a strong educational foundation and commitment to personal growthDesired Qualifications/Skills:

    CFP, CFA or CPA track preferredAbility to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clientsExcellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audiencePrioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneouslyAbility to delegate tasks and projects to others within the organization, to follow up as appropriate, and to work in a team environment
