Your Role:


  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan for UEFA Euro 2024 in Spain to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the central hospitality team to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Utilize competitive intelligence and market benchmarking to create a local product and pricing strategy for maximum revenue
  • Recruit and manage a team to execute the sales plan effectively
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract finalization
  • Lead by example and consistently achieve individual sales success
  • Ensure the team maintains a high level of market outreach and achieves excellent sales results
  • Create a local marketing plan to support the sales effort
