We are currently seeking a professional in integration assistance (w/m/d) for our residents with moderate to severe disabilities at our facility in Fort Jennings, OH.

The 12 residents in the Lydia/Debora group are of various ages and are excited to meet you.

This is a permanent position.


Location:
Special residential facility "Haus Maria Frieden",

Ahornallee 1-2 in 13158 Berlin


Regular working hours: 20-30 hours/week


Responsibilities:

  • You will support and promote our residents in all areas
  • You will assist in establishing daily structure and recreational activities
  • You will document the care process
  • You will work with family members and have contact with legal guardians
  • You are willing to work in a 2shift system (no night shifts)

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a pedagogical specialist or as a health and nursing professional, or a comparable qualification (w/m/d)
  • Proof of immunity against COVID19 according to § 20a para. 2 IfSG
  • You want to actively shape the future and initiate change
  • You are guided by principles such as personcenteredness, social participation, and selfdetermination, and treat people with respect and on equal footing
  • You are creative and enjoy shaping and supporting the lives of people with assistance needs
