The LoXite team, based in Berlin, Ratingen near Düsseldorf, and Seevetal near Hamburg, consists of 35 dedicated employees from various fields.

Profile:


  • Completed technical training, further education as a technician/master (m/f/d), or a degree, e.g. in civil engineering or architecture
  • Ideally, professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d), preferably in the field of construction logistics or facility management
  • Good understanding of numbers and knowledge of construction and businessrelated contexts
  • High communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured and solutionoriented approach
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Class B driver's license
  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Responsibilities:


  • Independent project management, coordination, and control of construction logistics services on large construction sites in Berlin and
