The company International Graphics 2020 GmbH - also known as IG - produces and distributes art prints, postcards, finished pictures on various materials, as well as custom-made images and limited editions as its core business.

In addition to private customers, we supply our regular customers such as art galleries or art dealers, while our other customers can be found in the market segment of furniture stores, interior design stores, decor shops, interior designers, and industrial framers.

We work with international artists, and behind every art motif is a real artist, whether a painter, photographer, or digital artist.

Responsibilities:

Identification, evaluation, and obtaining cost estimates from suitable suppliers and logistics companies
Responsibility for managing the delivery schedule of suppliers to ensure a continuous flow of goods
Processing, reviewing, and executing highquality and costeffective purchases
Creating purchase proposals and statistics
Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchasing needs
Maintaining and managing databases
Reviewing and managing supplier invoices
Resolving open issues related to outgoing invoices
Accepting customer orders via phone, fax, email, etc. and entering them into the computer system
Timely processing of these orders to enable the fastest possible shipment
Reliable and friendly handling of customer requests and complaints
Customer relationship management
