    About the role

    Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for making healthcare more accessible? As our Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in tackling our biggest attribution challenges and unlocking significant ROI growth for our digital marketing campaigns. You'll leverage your marketing technology expertise and analytical skills to optimize workflows and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

    This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing. It will support many areas of the Two Chairs business, including client growth, clinical talent acquisition, provider partnerships, and health plan b2b marketing.

    Core Areas of Responsibility

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze marketing data across channels (paid, email, web experimentation, social media, NPS) to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, strategy, and data teams to translate data into actionable strategies.

    Marketing Operations Optimization:

    • Improve marketing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and campaign performance.
    • Champion data-driven decision-making across the marketing department.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest attribution methodologies and tools, recommending and implementing new solutions as needed.
    • Develop and implement robust tracking strategies across various marketing channels to ensure accurate data collection and measurement.

    Campaign Management and Support:

      • Assist with campaign execution, including budget management, vendor coordination, and reporting.
      • Develop and maintain campaign calendars and timelines.
      • Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues to ensure smooth execution.

    Marketing Technology Expertise:

      • Stay up-to-date on the latest HIPAA-compliant marketing technology trends and tools.
      • Develop and implement martech solutions to support marketing initiatives.
      • Train and support other team members on the use of martech tools.

    Impact and Success Indicators

    Where you'll make an impact in the first 90 days:

    • Assess current operations and identify areas for improvement
    • Analyze marketing data across channels to uncover hidden trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with marketing team to refine targeting, creative messaging, and budget allocation

    Where you'll make an impact in the first year:

    • Champion the adoption and integration of new marketing automation tools and technologies
    • Collaborate with the data team to automate marketing reporting by assisting with the extracting, transforming, and loading process to bring marketing data into our data warehouse
    • Translate business objectives into measurable marketing goals and KPIs

    You'll be successful if you have:

    • Have a passion for changing the way mental health is accessed, delivered, and measured in our system
    • You are familiar with KPI (key performance indicators) such as CAC (customer acquisition cost), CTR (click-through rate), CPCs/CPMs, etc. on advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc
    • Have a proven track record of optimizing digital marketing operations and workflows, leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
    • You possess data-driven decision-making and are skilled in analyzing marketing data across channels (paid, email, web experimentation, social media, NPS) to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insight
    • SQL savvy: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
    • Looker or Amplitude familiarity: Experience working with Looker, Amplitude or similar business intelligence platforms for data visualization and reporting
    • Experience working with CDPs (customer data platforms) such as Freshpaint or Segment
    • Have a deep understanding of healthcare
    • Are autonomous, self-motivated, and have an exceptional drive to generate growth opportunities for Two Chairs
