    Description


    As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, embodying a professional and welcoming demeanor consistent with the companies Christian values.

    Additionally, you'll provide essential administrative support to various departments, facilitating the smooth operation of the organization in alignment with their mission.

    This role requires onsite presence and is not eligible for telework except in emergencies.


    Responsibilities:
    Warmly greet and assist all visitors and callers, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members promptly and courteously.
    Provide accurate and timely responses to information requests, ensuring a hospitable and helpful interaction at all times.
    Support administrative functions across different departments and assist the COO as needed.
    Manage office tasks such as beach badge sales, mail sorting, check processing, and maintaining contact directories.
    Coordinate staff events and meetings, contributing to a positive work environment.
    Maintain office facilities, including lobby presentation, bulletin boards, and equipment inventory.
    Respond to emails from the general account and handle maintenance requests from constituents efficiently.
    Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google services, transitioning seamlessly between receptionist duties and administrative tasks.

    Working hours: 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
