Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team at our outpatient physical therapy office. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday. We will provide extensive training on our electronic medical records system and eligibility inquiries.

**This role is for an afternoon-evening shift (starts around 1pm & ends around 6-7pm).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• greeting patients & checking them in for their appointments

- taking patient payments
- calling insurance companies to check eligibility
- keeping track of and submitting authorizations
- restocking supplies
- sanitizing equipment & treatment rooms
