To Healthy Feet Podiatry is seeking a warm, welcoming, and organized medical receptionist to join our team in our NYC offices In this part-time role (Saturdays mandatory), you'll be the first point of contact for patients and must ensure a positive and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

Create a Positive First Impression: Greet patients with a warm smile, making them feel welcomed and comfortable.

Patient Care Focus: Answer phones kindly and efficiently, explain podiatry services and benefits, and schedule appointments.

Administrative Duties: Prepare patient charts, fax records, obtain medical records, and assist with obtaining prior authorizations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the podiatrist and other staff members.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred)
Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience in a medical setting
Proficient in Google / Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent Communication Skills: You have a clear, friendly, professional phone presence. You can build rapport with patients and answer questions confidently.

Organized and Efficient: You can manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
