- Enhance automated build, test, and deployment workflows continuously.
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure seamless services during application releases.
- Coordinate with the development team for version control and conflict resolution.
- Monitor systems and applications during business hours, reporting status and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with client services and back-office operations to resolve production application issues.
- Document, track, and address client incidents in the ticketing system promptly.
- Provide support for ad-hoc needs in database systems.
- May work on the 2nd and 3rd shifts to support global trading systems.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
- Proficiency with MySQL and/or NoSQL databases and their management tools.
- Basic programming understanding in Java, Spring.
- Familiarity with Linux OS, containers (Kubernetes), and message queue applications (Kafka).
- Wide-ranging knowledge of AWS cloud-based technologies.
- Self-motivated with excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with configuration management is advantageous.
- Previous experience in broker-dealer/fin-tech industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
