- Supporting the store recruitment process in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Supervising technicians and service personnel, organizing their tasks, assigning work, and ensuring timely completion
- Coaching service department colleagues on operational aspects within the ISI systems and service standards
- Directly engaging with customers on sales, service, and addressing customer needs
- Assessing the performance and productivity of all service department staff
- Managing parts inventory and external purchases in compliance with company standards
- Ensuring store safety protocols are followed and maintaining safety equipment
- Overseeing the layout and positioning of equipment within the service department
- Supervising the shop area, equipment, and team members to ensure adherence to safety procedures
- Providing guidance on the wheel torqueing process to team members
- Verifying the proper conduct of inspections
- Exceptional leadership and store management capabilities
- Proficient in working within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at mentoring others for efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with customers and team members
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Service Manager role
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing business goals
- Effective in both independent and teamwork settings
- Sound knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS Compliance
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- Occasionally exerting force and moving objects
- Working at a consistent production rate involving the frequent pushing and pulling of materials

Job Description
The Automotive Service Manager, under the guidance of the Store Manager, plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of service excellence and embodying our core values within the service department.
This position involves fostering a dynamic team environment, collaborating closely with the Service Team to enhance their performance through hands-on leadership within the store. It requires efficient development and coaching of team members, as well as the implementation of store processes and procedures.
