- Lead a team to achieve operational performance objectives and ensure service execution
- Supervise exempt and nonexempt direct reports
- Manage various aspects of Service Operations such as service contracts, emergency service, quoted work, and warranty
- Focus on customer satisfaction by managing relationships, resolving issues, and delivering timely service
- Promote a strong safety culture and behaviors across all Service Operations levels
- Develop budget forecasts, oversee project budgets, and identify cost-saving measures
- Ensure timely customer support and contract compliance through schedule revisions
- Review contracts and estimates using risk analysis processes
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage personnel processes
- Support the development and onboarding of new service team members
- Analyze market conditions to maintain a strong Service Department
- Facilitate collaboration between departments to address organizational concerns
- HS diploma/GED (Bachelors preferred) with Five years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC is advantageous
- Strong management and leadership background
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with effective stress management
- Availability for 24/7 support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible working hours and travel requirements
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
