    Does the idea of helping customers in a challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? We are looking for customer service representatives to join our call center team.

    The call center agent will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues.


    salary:
    $19 - $20 per hour


    shift:
    First

    work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM


    education:
    High School

    Responsibilities

    This is not a work from home position. Contract work is expected to last 9-12 months.

    Availability from 9 am to 9 pm.

    Job Summary:
    Operating in a call center environment providing outstanding customer service. Answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chat and callback interactions.


    Qualifications:

    • Must have a HS diploma or GED
    -6 months previous call center experience

    • Computer literate
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter

    The essential functions of this role include:
