I just passed my Arizona real estate exam in May but haven't applied for my license. I'm still learning about the real estate world (brand new to me. I'm coming from a retail background), 

and find that I'm drawn, more, to the loan processing or escrow part of the real estate process (which does not allow me a real estate license). 

Looking for entry level positions with training provided. I learn quickly. 

Looking for single setting jobs (hopefully with potential to work from home one day), as I do not want a job with driving.

Working in retail all my life has exposed me to a variety of experiences and opportunities ranging from the straight-forward and routine, to on-the-spot problem-solving requiring vision and imagination (and in settings from stockrooms to sales floors to back offices).

I’ve worked well, independently --Self-motivated and self-disciplined…

And in a team environment --Cooperation, tolerance, different ideas, visions, and energies working together toward a mutual goal.

I've worked with deadlines in fast-paced work (both, physical and clerical)...

And I enjoy learning. I learn quickly…

I missed only one day of work in the two and a half years at my most recent job…

And I see tasks through to the end…

Once I learn a task or area, I throw myself into it, own it, and by doing so, leave management with one less concern. Managers call me for a report of the state of affairs when they're unable to see an area for themselves –They trust my assessments and estimates on where we are for the day and what we need. And I look forward to bringing this work ethic and sense of trust in working relationships with me to my new work family.

Passed the course with a 96. Passed the contract writing with 100. And passed the Arizona real estate exam on the first attempt.
