We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to provide information and promote products or services
Handle inbound calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, or requests
Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in a courteous manner

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while speaking with customers
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a plus
