    About The Company

    Our client is an established family office that manages multi-asset class investments and is hiring a Senior Accountant to help with the financial and tax reporting, cash management, and other accounting related duties.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain books and records for family members, trusts, and investment entities
    • Reconcile monthly bank accounts
    • Assist with day-to-day operations, cash movements, and bill pay
    • Assist with recordkeeping and accounting for investments
    • Assist with preparation of quarterly reports and investment plan review for discussion with senior management
    • Respond to custodian, trading, and banking requests and notifications
    • Assist with management of insurance policies
    • Assist with tax return documentation submission

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree required
    • 2-5 years of related experience in straight public, private or mix
    • QuickBooks experience preferred
    Salary Range $90,000-$110,000
