- Ensure Timely Supply Chain Management: Manage team and calendar deadlines to ensure raw materials arrive promptly and production stays on schedule.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate relationships across departments to uphold product quality and cost efficiency.
- Drive Factory Relations: Regularly visit local factories, communicate with import partners, and negotiate terms to uphold compliance and quality standards.
- Optimize Supply Chain Efficiency: Lead projects to streamline costs and enhance delivery experiences through cross-functional Supply Chain planning.
- Seasonal Planning Expertise: Collaborate with PD and Design Managers to set seasonal handoff dates, analyze lead times, and manage production calendars with vendors.
- Strategic Production Oversight: Supervise the Production team to ensure efficient material orders and logistics while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Vendor Management and Diversification: Source new factories, negotiate production costs, and onboard vendors to diversify Rhoback's vendor portfolio.
- Enhance Logistics Operations: Maintain relationships with 3PL partners, analyze operational performance, and drive continuous improvement in distribution networks.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key operational metrics, develop innovative cost-reducing solutions, and leverage industry expertise to meet business goals.
- Effective Communication and Leadership: Provide weekly production status reports, lead team growth initiatives, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Adaptability and Project Management: Tackle relevant projects as they arise, supporting overall business objectives with agility and efficiency.
- 8+ years experience in fashion apparel production and/or logistics, with management experience.
- Strong understanding of incoterms, logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment operations.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, vendor onboarding, quality control, and retail math.
- Advanced Excel skills and PLM experience, preferably with Centric.
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
