- Conduct regular site visits with community partners.
- Communicate with faculty and students to ensure program logistics.
- Mentor students and assist with tracking progress.
- Collect and interpret data on student affairs.
- Provide administrative support to the program Director.
- Coordinate program evaluation and recommend improvements.
- Organize events and manage logistics.
- Assist with budget management and reporting.
- Experience in higher education or academic health care institutions.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
- Proficiency in VMED, OASIS, Zoom, and M365 Suite.
