- Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech's ACD program.
- Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.
- Manage clinical procurement, scheduling, and follow-up for most ACD Health Programs requiring a clinical.
- Work with ACD Health Lab Technician to verify students have met clinical setting compliance requirements.
- Assist with administrative duties related to immunizations, background checks and drug screens.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical site contacts.
- Be aware of new clinical site opportunities and work with campus administration to secure clinical contracts.
- Follow all clinical site-specific procedures for collecting and submitting required clinical paperwork.
- Manage ACD adjunct instructor licensure & immunizations.
- Review ACD Clinical Handbook with students prior to clinical rotation.
- Conduct exit interviews for Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting and Sleep Technology students.
- Prepare first day materials and paperwork for CNA classes.
- Communicate with students in Health Program Online Orientations and track student progress.
- Support ACD Health Coordinators with administrative and office support duties as assigned.
- Prepare and archive the ACD HSC student and class files to satisfy regulatory requirements.
- Act as the backup for the ACD Health Lab Technician position.
- Assist with Flex Classroom student paperwork as needed.
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
