Reports to:
Branch Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Paying and receiving transactions
Assisting customers with their account needs
Preparing and receiving cash shipments
Maintaining all logs and teller work, ensuring all work is balanced and scanned at the end of the day
Providing excellent customer service and help maintain a positive attitude and work environment behind the teller line
Answering phones to assist customers
Any other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of preferred experience. Previous banking, cash handling, or customer service experience. Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft word and ability to learn banking system.
