The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities.

In this position you will be responsible for reconciling expenses, updating financial dashboards, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, preparing payroll, coordinating client invoicing, and managing end-of-month bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
+ Reconcile expenses on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Update and maintain financial dashboards to provide real-time visibility into cash flow and expenses.
+ Manage Virtual Assistant who currently aids the AR/AP processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
+ Supervise and provide guidance to a virtual assistant responsible for daily AP/AR tasks.
+ Prepare payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Coordinate client invoicing to ensure prompt and accurate billing.
+ Manage end-of-month bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and closing processes.
+ Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for management review.
+ Collaborate with department heads, sharing insights on expenses to help them stay on track with budget goals.
+ Work closely with the fractional CFO to identify opportunities for improving profit margins and implementing financial best practices.
Soft Skills:
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
+ Strong management abilities to efficiently oversee people, time, and resources.
+ Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
+ Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for tasks and proactively seeking solutions.
Software Proficiency:
+ QuickBooks for various accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
+ Google Sheets
+ ADP WorkforceNow (a plus, not required)
