    Seeking a Business Analyst/ Business Development Manager who is experienced with business requirements in Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML within a client bank.

    The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and a thorough understanding of banking operations, specifically in the Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML function.

    This role will require working closely with the Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML department, IT department, and Tokyo Head Office IT development team.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for business development through the relationship with clients
    • Responsible for establishing and running business activities for system function enhancement.
    • Guide related business department members for the function definition, test support, and communication with the Tokyo Head Office to implement, enhance, and support the Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML system, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Act as the point of contact for Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML systemrelated inquiries, issues, and solutions.
    • Develop and maintain business requirement documents with business department members.
    • Generate regular reports on userside project performance, risks, and issues for senior management.
    • Define and promote businessside member tasks
    • Communicate with the Tokyo Head office system development teamQualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Excellent understanding of the banking industry
    • Working knowledge and experience in financial services in one or more of the following domain areas is preferred; Loan / Guarantee / Fund finance, especially Syndicated loan specialistTransaction Banking / Local Remittance/ Trade FinanceSettlement / ISO /PaymentAsset Management
    • Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations.
    • Proven experience (6+ years) in a PMO role, preferably within a financial institution.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to manage a diverse team and drive successful project outcomes.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
    • Experience with system implementation.
    • Proficiency in treasury system platforms and tools.
    • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and proactive mindset for issue solving.
    • Must hold U.S. Work Permission
    • Preferred Japanese language skills
