    Description
    JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.SAir Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech IIJT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges


    JOB SUMMARY
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

    A CM Specialist III performs work that is varied and complex in nature in one or more specialty area of CM or engineering dataEmployee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:Analyze engineering change proposalsMonitor contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the applications of customer and industry standards and requirements for statements of work are properly implementedDesign, develop, and establish CM documentation based on program requirementsParticipate in design reviews, audits, scheduling, budgeting, and related activitiesIdentify requirements and coordinate development and implementation of computer-based configuration, data management systems, and electronic data supportAssist in facilitating Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings with program/project personnelMay provide work direction to subordinate work unit personnelPerform other job-related duties, as requiredREQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE A bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field, or a combination of formal training and six years of directly related CM experience are required for this positionIn addition, a CM Specialist III must possess the following qualifications:Proficient in computer operations, word processing, and integrated software applications, including electronic data management systems (EDMS)Effective verbal and written communication skillsGood planning/organizational skills

    Each employee must read, understand, and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to their job


    WORKING CONDITIONS
