    Qualifications:

    Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-level or Experienced Procurement Agent Mid-level or Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3 / 4) to join our dynamic Supplier Management Risk Management and Internal Governance team in Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA.

    This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enables process compliance within BGS Supply Chain. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, process development and auditing. This position requires someone who is process oriented and can audit the entire BGS Supply Chain organization.

    Position Responsibilities:

  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and execute audit strategies.
  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal stakeholders.
  • Develops risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinates with BGS Commercial and BGS Defense on auditing plans.
  • Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices

    • This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Agent
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 3+ years of experience leading contract negotiations
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
  • 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development
  • 3+ years teaching/mentoring others
  • Able to travel 10% of the time

    • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Agent
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
  • 5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development
  • 5+ years teaching/mentoring others
  • Able to travel 10% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in performing audits.
  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

    • Typical Education & Experience (Mid – Level) :

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Typical Education & Experience (Experienced) :

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Relocation :

    This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

    Summary pay range (Mid – Level): $81,600- $110,400

    Summary pay range (Experienced): $100,300- $135,700
