- Title: Onsite Call Center CSR
- Location: Onsite (Knoxville, TN 37923)
- Pay: $17 an hour
- Start Date: 5/20/24-5/28/24
- Shifts: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Utilize with a CRM-based software UI to update payment status
- Escalate issues to team leads
- Make payments via web portal, make payments via automated payment processing phone system, make payments via conversation with CSR's at carriers
- Document workload and progress each day
- Must have 1 year of Call Center experience
- Must have good job stability
- Seeking friendly Payment Processors/Call Center Reps
- High School Diploma or College Degree

You will be responsible for B2B calls, making payments to insurance carriers on behalf of banks for escrow payments on mortgages. The payments will be made utilizing software to generate a payment and then applying that payment via carrier website, automated phone system, or through phone conversations with carrier customer service.
