Y Relocation? N Position Type Non-Management POSITION SUMMARY Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions.

At our hotels, Property Administrative Specialists work across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to support administrative needs.

Whether providing administrative support (e.g., prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors, or acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event), our Property Administrative Specialists get the job done.

They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success - creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $19.50 per hour

Colorado Applicants Only:
The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour

Hawaii Applicants Only:
The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $19.50 per hour

New York Applicants Only:
The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $19.50 per hour

Washington Applicants Only:
The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $19.50 per hour. Employees will accrue PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.

All locations offer 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, and childcare discounts.
