    Description


    We have an immediate need for a Junior Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone with fantastic communication skills, excellent time management, and a keen interest in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
    • Implement comprehensive marketing plans across all platforms.
    • Create engaging advertising campaigns, collaborating with the marketing and design teams to coordinate and collate content.
    • Establish tracking systems for marketing campaigns
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
    • Streamline advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
    • Manage internal communication systems effectively.
    • Strengthen the organization's overall brand through various media avenues.
    • Organize and simplify service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred.
    • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
    • Solid organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with superb written and verbal communication skills.
