Duties:


  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management and the marketing team to implement national marketing and communication strategies
  • Assist in the management and upkeep of the organization's social media profiles
  • Maintain regular communication with MSSC
- customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries

  • Keep marketing materials uptodate to reflect the latest information
  • Schedule executivelevel meetings, ensuring optimal coordination
  • Execute outreach campaigns
  • Manage the company's contact database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide support in the coordination of MSSC conferences and meetings
  • Perform essential administrative duties as required
  • Occasional travel to events and meetings, which may include weekends

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred majors in Communications or Marketing.
  • Two years' experience in related fields preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Priority setting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexible when changes arise and can maintain a positive attitude
  • Prior Experience
  • Constant Contact, Outlook, Survey Monkey, Wordpress, Zoom Conferencing, Social Media, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop
  • IT skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (Advanced), Word (Advanced), Outlook (Advanced), & Power Point (Advanced)

Education and Experience:


  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with an acute attention to detail.
  • Effective prioritysetting skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changes with a consistently positive attitude.
  • Prior experience with various tools and platforms including
  • Constant Contact, Outlook, Survey Monkey, Wordpress, Zoom Conferencing, Social Media management, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in

Microsoft Office Suite:
Advanced Excel, Advanced Word, Advanced Outlook, and Advanced PowerPoint


Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience plus benefits.


Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
