    Description

    Our client, a well-known group know for well executed food & service in a beautiful space is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager for their concept.

    They offer an upscale experience with fine dining service, craft cocktails, and an amazing escape


    Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
    The restaurant Manager is responsible for operating the restaurant efficiently within pre-established cost controls.
    Accountable for maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards.

    Manage all business aspects of the lounge; keeping liquor licenses and certifications current, negotiating supplier contracts, cycle counting inventory and reordering, managing budgets, and monitoring lounge margins and profitability.

    Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to members.
    Scheduling staff, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the lounge and restaurant are staffed appropriately during peak hours.
    Develop, oversee, and manage daily operations of the bar and beverage program and keep up with trends
    Responsible for the highest standards in guest service
    Collaborate with the culinary lead and work closely with the owners


    Restaurant Manager Requirements:
    1+ years in a restaurant management role for a full-service restaurant, high-end concepts
    Strong knowledge base in spirits, liquors, and craft cocktails
    Strong leadership skills and a high level of professionalism
    Experience with new restaurant or concept openings is ideal
