Learn more Responsibilities Assist in all general documentation and engineering data collation. Assist to update and maintain work instruction. Raise purchase requisitions such as RFQ & RFA Raise Periodic Commuting Arrangements applications. Support Sub-Committee activities. Manage monthly office inventory. Support office 6'S' Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.Demonstrate personal commitment to EH&S by meeting all EH&S legislation and regulations and driving EH&S compliance and surfacing/ correcting every unsafe situation.
Assist managers and engineers to compile engineering reports. Assist to organize and maintain common folders and files. Requirements Diploma/ NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. Min 2 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement. Hands-on in using Microsoft Office tools to update and process data. Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills. Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset. Knowledge in software application (Qlik Sense, Prosoft, SAP) is a plus.
