    We're looking for a driven self-starter with a winning record to join our Sales team as an Account Executive. Our Sales team is confident in Awardcos mission and the value it offers the modern workforce. Account Executives find business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ultimately close business. This is the perfect opportunity for sales professionals eager to move their careers forward and accomplish incredible results.

    ****What you will do:****

    Manage a SMB sales team.

    Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.

    Interview and hire new members of the sales team.

    Carry out sales training utilizing role playing sales techniques.

    Ensure all administration for sales is completed effectively.

    Report on progress towards sales KPI's

    Participate on calls and in meetings with customers and potential customers to help in moving sales efforts forward.

    ****What you will bring:****

    Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment

    Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    At least two years AE SAAS experience

    Be able to work in the office 4 days per week

    Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    Ability to provide solution based selling to customers
