    *QC Catering is on the lookout for a driven and knowledgeable Director of Catering Sales with a firm grasp on sales leadership and event planning. As the key player in driving our company's sales growth, you'll be leading our vibrant sales team, nurturing contractual relationships with clients, venues, and vendors in Charlotte and beyond. This role encompasses strategizing business expansion, as well as planning and tracking both team and individual sales.

    We're seeking an individual who's not just passionate about winning, but also about crafting unforgettable off-premise catering experiences for our clients.

    8+ years of sales experience, off-premise catering/hospitality preferred.

    • 4+ years sales team management.
    • Expertise in sales & marketing strategies.
    • CRM experience, and proven leadership in directing sales teams.
    *QC Catering's compensation package includes a competitive experience-based salary, commission plan with unlimited earning potential, and company benefits.
    *More important than hours worked is the ability to get the job done and ensure sales success.
    *Ownership of the Sales Department, team and revenue goals, individual performance, discipline and reviews.

    • Assist in sales budget, forecast and projection creation.
    * report on sales metrics and share updates with the Executive Team.

    • Formulate team and individual sales plans.
    • Lead Sales-focused company meetings, and 1-1 meetings with the sales team.
    • Networking within the Charlotte corporate and social sectors.
    • Manage and ensure consistency in sales process, client data, menus and BEOs among all Sales Team Members.
    • Subject matter expert of all QC Catering policies & procedures applicable to sales. Responsible for ensuring the Sales Team is adhering to all policy and procedure.

    Flexible schedule

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed
