- 4+ years sales team management.
- Expertise in sales & marketing strategies.
- CRM experience, and proven leadership in directing sales teams.
- Assist in sales budget, forecast and projection creation.
- Formulate team and individual sales plans.
- Lead Sales-focused company meetings, and 1-1 meetings with the sales team.
- Networking within the Charlotte corporate and social sectors.
- Manage and ensure consistency in sales process, client data, menus and BEOs among all Sales Team Members.
- Subject matter expert of all QC Catering policies & procedures applicable to sales. Responsible for ensuring the Sales Team is adhering to all policy and procedure.

This role encompasses strategizing business expansion, as well as planning and tracking both team and individual sales.

8+ years of sales experience, off-premise catering/hospitality preferred.*More important than hours worked is the ability to get the job done and ensure sales success.
