Key Duties
Assisting the Manager and reporting to them, he/she is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of the department. This entails efficiently allocating and utilizing all resources to achieve maximum profits through planning, organization, leadership, and communication to attain the best results for the Division. Additionally, he/she must strive to enhance total guest satisfaction and maintain a high quality of service. The incumbent will also handle assignments delegated by the GSM Zipangu.
