Our client is seeking a Level 1 Customer Liaison Officer (Landlord Services) to join their expanding team in Rochester, Kent for a fixed term contract ending 31st December 2024.
About the role:
There looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer L1 to join their busy Customer Team on a fixed term basis.
Reporting to one of their Customer Team Leaders, you'll resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible, delivering a great service by taking ownership of, and proactively resolving, customers' needs.
You'll deal with queries in Landlord Services and a range of different areas, including;This is a fantastic opportunity to play a role in the transformation of the delivery of services to their customers.
You'll act as an 'ambassador' on daily basis, delivering solutions to customers within agreed targets. You'll deliver great customer service through a range of platforms, including social media, self-service portals, email, telephone and post. A key part of the role is also to encourage customers to use their digital channels.About You:
