    Description
    The Civil Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of civil construction projects from start to finish.

    This individual will organize and oversee civil construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

    *Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Oversees a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
    • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
    *Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Collaborates with engineers, estimators etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
    • Outlines all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
    • Requests equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
    • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
    • Supervise the work of laborers, equipment operators etc. and provide them guidance when needed.
    • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
    • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
    • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
    • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • At least three years of related experience required

    Job Type:

    Pay:
    $100, $125,000.00 per year
