    Job description

    Join our client in Auburn, MA who is scheduling interviews for their Customer Service team.

    In this role you will be responsible for answering high volume calls, assisting clients with their request for services as well as answering any questions, processing payments, and handle any other enquiries.

    Qualifications:
    Call Center or High-volume of inbound/outbound calls
    Strong Customer Service Experience preferred
    General knowledge and use of office equipment and computers
    Proficient in Microsoft office, Internet, and Email
    Type 30 WPM
    Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required

    Full-time

    $ $16.50 per hour


    Shift:
    8 hour shift
    Day shift


    Weekly day range:
    Monday to Friday
