    Reporting Structure:
    This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and Sales Development.

    Company DescriptionFounded in 2006, our client is a leader in creating immersive online experiences with 3D modeling, interactive maps, and virtual tours.

    Their products include an online experience platform developed to support marketing, sales, and business processes in a countless number of industries.

    Their solutions marry art and science in highly detailed, interactive 3D renderings that breathe life into the digital world. In 2022, they acquired Localist, the leading event calendar platform for higher education communities. Our client and Localist have a shared belief that events and in-person connections are key to building community.

    Employees have an opportunity to learn all elements of the business, and direct access to the leadership team. While their offices are in Denver, Colorado, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, they currently are operating remotely with a nationally-distributed team.
    ResponsibilitiesOur client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our higher education sales team.

    The BDR role holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel and is critical to the process.

    You will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. Great opportunity to make an impact immediately and potential for accelerated career growth.

    The Senior Business Development Representative will:

    Execute on our outbound cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach playbooks to set appointments for Account Executives through high volume, high-quality outreachWork closely with Sales Development to create, execute and provide continuous feedback on various campaigns to improve and expand the overall company ability to set outbound meetingsResearch prospects within our client's ideal customer profile and source the contact information and best ways to get in touch with them Hold high-quality initial calls to determine prospects' needs and priorities Maintain accurate notes, activity, and lead data in SalesforceMentor other Business Development Representatives in conjunction with the Director of Revenue Operations and Sales DevelopmentTake on special projects that further our client's ability to set more valuable appointments for SalesPartnering with internal resources to learn and grow into your sales careerIs this you?High desire to start your sales career and passion for successStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to overcome objectionsStrong organization and sales process skillsSelf-starter and solution-oriented mindsetTeam player with high energy Bachelor's degree or equivalentEnjoy working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with lots of change#PerksExcellent Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your familyFlexible Paid Time Off program14 Paid Holidays Annually + your Birthday401(k) Plan with Employer MatchShort Term and Long Term Disability InsuranceLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Employee Stock Option PlanAnnual Education/Development for continued learningAnnual Travel Allowance perkWork from Home Office perkCompensation The pay for this position is up to $45,000/annually, with a variable component that delivers on-target-earnings up to $85,000 annually.

    Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certification.

    This position is eligible to earn uncapped commissions.
