If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our reputable dental provider group office in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our office.
    • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist vendors and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage the mail scan / distribution process and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Validate all deliveries and Amazon package processing.
    • Coordinate with office staff to optimize flow and ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining ordering office supplies.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a professional and inviting atmosphere.
    • Handle ad hoc requests/projects.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic attitude towards patients.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using office software systems and general computer skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
