NUCKOLLS
is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing a mix of passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are paving the way for excellence.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes to cater to our existing 2,000 business clients. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships while also expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team to execute these tasks effectively.

As you master the required skills using our tailored systems, you will progress into the esteemed position of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support existing client base.
Explore new business prospects, specifically in a B2B setting.
Supervise team operations and track results.
Provide training and mentorship to incoming team members on existing protocols.
Regularly report field activities through a Salesforce-based CRM system.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership capabilities.

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven time management abilities, consistently meeting set deadlines.

Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when necessary.·Adept at performing in fast-paced and occasionally demanding environments.·Passion for aiding individuals and building strong connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community involvement is a strong interest.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce proficiency is preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
A clean background and personal transportation are essential.
Completion of a minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
